SafeOnYourDate is NOT a consumer reporting agency. Reports generated by this service may not be used for employment screening, housing decisions, credit decisions, or any other purpose covered by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA).

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using SafeOnYourDate.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use this service.

2. What SafeOnYourDate Is

SafeOnYourDate is an AI-powered personal dating intelligence service. Our reports are generated using artificial intelligence and publicly available data sources for personal dating safety purposes only. Reports are not verified background checks and should not be treated as legal or official records.

3. Permitted Use

You may use SafeOnYourDate only for personal dating safety research. Specifically you may NOT use our service to:

Screen employees, contractors, or volunteers
Make housing or rental decisions
Make credit or lending decisions
Stalk, harass, or harm any individual
Resell or redistribute reports
Violate any applicable law

4. Report Accuracy

Reports are generated using AI and data aggregation. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information. Always exercise your own judgment. Never make safety decisions based solely on a SafeOnYourDate report.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

Monthly subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
You may cancel at any time from your account settings
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
No refunds for partial months
Single-check purchases are non-refundable

6. Refund Policy

We offer refunds within 7 days of purchase if you have not used any searches. Contact hello@safeonyourdate.com with your request.

7. Privacy

Your searches are completely private. The person you search will never be notified. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

8. Limitation of Liability

SafeOnYourDate is provided as-is. We are not liable for any decisions you make based on our reports. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days prior to any claim.
