• Payment information (processed securely by Stripe — we never store card numbers)

• To process payments through Stripe

4. Your Searches Are Private

All searches are completely private. The person you search will never be notified that you looked them up. Your search history is visible only to you and is never shared with third parties.

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

• Stripe — for payment processing
• Twilio — for phone verification SMS only
• Our AI and data providers — to generate reports (search queries only, not your personal info)

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting hello@safeonyourdate.com. We will delete your data within 30 days of your request.

7. Security

All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Payments are handled entirely by Stripe and we never store payment card information on our servers.
